Project 100 Word Statement When starting my directions right from the start I knew I wanted to explore something that I was unfamiliar with so that I could show my learning along the way. When designing my final outcomes I wanted there to be a symbolisation of my plant rather than telling the audience straight away. My plant was originally used for aesthetics which is why it spread to be invasive. I used foam board for my triptych that becomes 3D to show more depth and to symbolise the pennywort on the surface of the water. I also wanted to imply that even though the plant is pretty there is more underneath that can be dangerous. This is why each of my posters have one word on them to show impact. The rhetorical question leaves my audience wanting to know more, which is why I designed a QR code to go on the central poster that sends you to my digital poster that provides more information about the plant.
