Fungi are fundamental to life on Earth, forming intricate underground networks that connect and sustain ecosystems. This project explores the fascinating world of fungi, emphasizing their ecological importance, diversity, and cultural significance. Inspired by the “forest network,” I aim to visualize the unseen communication and resource-sharing mechanisms between fungi and plants. Through a series of illustrations and digital storytelling, I reveal how these organisms shape our natural world. By blending scientific research with artistic interpretation, this work highlights the beauty and complexity of fungi, encouraging a deeper appreciation for their role in sustaining life.
