This project consists of a book and a website. The book focuses on the biology of sugarcane, covering its classification, structure, growth and reproduction, and is suitable for research and teaching. The website focuses on the comparison between ancient and modern sugarcane, and extends to its history, culture, human values and future development, presenting the evolution of sugarcane from a traditional crop to a modern resource.
